At Lina Louise Books, we take great care in packaging and preparing every order. Because many of our items are signed or limited edition, we handle refunds a little differently.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of signed books and promotional bundles, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or error

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable Items

• Signed books
• Promotional bundles
• Gift items that have been used or opened
• Digital products (if offered)

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we may have already begun processing or signing your items.
