Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, such as new releases or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
• UK: Standard 3-5 business days

Express up to 3 business days

Priority 1-2 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Signed Items & Special Bundles
Please note that signed books and exclusive bundles are lovingly packed by the author herself. These may take a little longer to dispatch but are worth the wait!

Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at linalouisebooks@outlook.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to help track it down and make things right.

International Customers
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lina Louise Books is not responsible for delays due to customs.
